Refunds are NOT permitted for products that are tangible to, sold by, and shipped by is300hub. This includes everything in the "Magazines, Collectibles, Etc." and "Authentic Parts from Japan" sections.

Refunds ARE permitted to any applicable item in the "IS300 Parts" section as they are not held and/or stored directly by is300hub.
